Expert Spotlight: Jess Sennet—Helping women feel strong with prenatal and postpartum fitness
Jessica Sennet is a prenatal and postpartum fitness expert with several high-level certifications including FIT FOR BIRTH Corrective Exercise Specialist, Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism and INCORE Diastasis Recti Expert. She has also trained hundreds of women over the past nine years in the fitness industry. She is the founder and CEO of MIGHTY MOM in Toronto, offering private sessions, classes and online training programs for both pregnant and postpartum women. She is passionate about helping women feel strong and confident no matter where they are in their motherhood journey.
