S2 | E12 Expert Spotlight: Sabrina Baldini, Sex Coach

Sabrina Baldini is a self-described “sex nerd” and lover of all things sexual health. She has a graduate degree in sexual health and rehabilitative medicine as well as a designation in sex therapy and has been involved in sex education for more than 10 years. Beginning her career teaching sex education to children, over the years, Sabrina observed that adults had just as many questions about sex as the kids—so now she’s helping everyone learn about sex.

Topics discussed:

  • Tension in a relationship when sex drives are different
  • Attachment theory and differentiation of self
  • Why sex coaching matters
  • What is a healthy sex life in a relationship?
  • Desire and drive—they’re two different things
  • Sexting
  • Performance anxiety
  • Sex as a parent—how long to get “back to normal”
  • And so, so much more!
